Joe Budden..A rapper that some may have heard of but don’t know him very well. VIBE magazines releases there opinion on the ’greatest rappers’ of all time. Joe doesn’t like where he stands on this bracket..He ends up dissing a few rappers such as Method Man and Grand Master Melle Mel..hahahaha…pretty funny.
