As the Defender of the Underdog, Civil’s Regime protects and aims to shed perspective on artists, musicians and individuals that embody our lifestyle, but have not received the limelight they deserve.  As a response to those who failed to represent our culture in a true manner, The Regime serves as an institution to bring about change by illuminating the path of those artists who have really paved the way for our  lifestyle.  The Regime regulates and observes this movement known to the masses as “street culture”, rather than propagating its exploitation. For true artistry to be employed and be seen, the Regime is a necessity.

The imagery of Skull in a turban, represents our fallen soliders on the battlefield of our movement drawing back to our original message: We are willing to put everything, including our well being, at stake for what we believe in.
