Some fighters have natural gifts, others train hard in the gym to recognize the talent they were not born with. With Vitor Belfort, the former is true. While still a teenager, Belfort became the youngest champion in UFC history with his combination of ridiculous hand speed, power, as well as a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He knocked out future legend Wanderlei Silva in under 45 seconds, leaving the Axe Murderer dazed at the barrage of fists.However, in the recent years which were supposed to be his prime, the Phenom had dealt with a plethora of problems ranging from the tragic disappearance of his sister Priscilla, lack of focus and drive.

Now refocused and revamped and after winning his last 4 fights, Vitor will have a chance to prove his worth in the Octagon against elite competition as he is welcome by former champion Rich Franklin. Will we see the true Vitor we were meant to see?
