Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga co-host V magazine party
Last year, Marc Jacobs was forced to cancel his fashion show after-party due to the declining economy, leaving a guest list of over 1,300 to miss out. However this year, tickets to this party are ever available thanks to the one and only Lady Gaga.
As co hosts to this year’s V magazine party, Jacobs and Gaga will be set to share the stage. Jacobs adds ,”Lady Gaga is on the cover of V Magazine, and she’s wearing our clothes, so I think we’re all collaborating on doing that. That will be really fun.”
The show will still be small in comparison to previous years, but Lady Gaga’s meteoric rise to fame may change that.. Fashion Week begins in NY on September 10 at Bryant Park.
